Let’s get down to the nitty gritty…

How often do you practice your mental game and what does that practice look like? Sarah Glynn can prepare your athlete with the mindset tools that are most important for consistent success at the elite level. She will walk you through the development of your mental game as it relates to visualization, tournament prep, dealing with adversity, managing pressure, comparison, confidence, and self-talk. This service is provided over evening zoom calls or in person meetings and is meant for elite golfers with extensive tournament experience.

Mental performance Coaching details

This is a comprehensive program that consists of WEEKLY zoom calls with the athlete. Each call is 30-45 minutes where a topic will be discussed and then the athlete will be given mental practice homework for the week. We will cover tournament preparation, good practice habits and any other questions or concerns the athlete has in regards to their weekly mental performance.

  • Meetings are $100/session with a 5 meeting minimum
